“Revolver News” journalist Darren Beattie spoke to “War Room Pandemic” about the parallels between the January 6 riot and the “attempted entrapment” operation to kidnap the governor of Michigan.

STEVE BANNON: This wasn’t just kidnapping Whitmer, they were going to assassinate her and throw her body in Lake Michigan, and assault the [state] capital. A kidnapping plot, an assassination plot, a storm the government building plot. MSNBC went nonstop on this for days and they had Whitmer out there crying crocodile tears.

They used this and they were trying to flip Michigan, they were so freaked out we had won Michigan in 2016. And the government was part of this. The FBI [and] DOJ were part of this. The point is the FBI. It doesn’t matter if Bill Barr or Merrick Garland is there. This is the Trump administration, his own FBI. This was an FBI plot to try and flip Michigan and thereby the presidential election.

DARREN BEATTIE: There’s one detail that really warrants emphasis. And that is, the person who oversaw this failed entrapment operation, as you suggest was just purely political. His name is Stephen D’Antonio. He ran the FBI Detroit field office and he was promoted to the DC field office to oversee the January 6 operation.

I think Stephen D’Antonio has a lot to answer for. We should not forget his name and he should testify before Congress and all types of tribunals to answer for what the hell he was doing… Americans need to know this name.

I don’t think we can ignore the parallels between Michigan and January 6. Same plot: storming the capital. The Michigan people, the Wolverine Watchmen, the 3 Percenters who were associated with this failed entrapment operation, stormed the Michigan state capital. Same plot. Same militia groups. The Three Percenters, which is associated with many of the defendants in this case is one of the three main militia groups also linked to January 6.
